A little help.
Then back to your workout.

Email supportYour first workout.
Explore a training program, save your own routine, or use Quick Start to begin an empty workout. Add exercises, enter the weight and reps for each set, and mark sets complete. Finish the session to keep it in your history.
Previous set values appear beside your current inputs when previous exercise history is available. Choose your measurement preferences in Settings.
Purchases & subscriptions.
Pro is missing after a purchase.+
Open Flame’s Settings and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the Apple or Google account that made the purchase. If access is still missing, email us with your device, app version, and a purchase reference. Do not send payment-card details.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Flame. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Flame. Cancel using the store’s instructions and deadline. Deleting the app or clearing its data does not cancel billing.

Can I request a refund?+
Use Apple’s refund portal for an App Store purchase, or Google Play’s refund process for a Google purchase. Eligibility follows the store’s policies and applicable law. We can help troubleshoot access, but cannot promise a refund decision made by a store.
Connect your completed workouts.
Enable health sync in Flame’s Settings and grant workout write permission when prompted. The current integration writes completed workout sessions to Apple Health or Health Connect; it does not read your health history.
If a workout is missing, check that sync is enabled, that the health platform is available on your device, and that Flame has permission. You can revoke permissions in your device’s Health or Health Connect settings.
Your records, and a fresh start.
Your workout database is stored locally on your device. Preserve any records you need before resetting your device, removing the app, or clearing data. Availability of a device backup is controlled by your operating system and settings.
To reset local workout data, use Clear All Data in Flame’s Settings and read the confirmation carefully. This does not cancel a subscription or automatically erase store records, provider-held information, or workouts already written to a health platform.
For a privacy request concerning information we or our providers hold, read the data choices section and email us. We may need to verify and locate your request.
Let’s sort it out.
