Tools / Your workout record
Workout log.
Ready for your next set.
A free editable gym log. Keep previous and current sets together, then print or download your record.
Keep the last set beside the next one. Enter one row per set, then download your record or print a blank sheet for the gym.
How to use your workout log
- Name the exact exercise or variation and your loading convention.
- Copy the previous weight and reps from your own records, if available.
- Record each completed set’s actual weight and reps. Add rows as needed; repeat an exercise name for each set.
- Download the session as CSV for a spreadsheet, or choose Start blank before printing a fresh template. Start blank removes the current entries.
An example record
Illustration only: “Dumbbell row — per dumbbell”, set 1, previous 20 kg × 10 reps, current 20 kg × 11 reps. These invented numbers demonstrate recording; they are not a recommended starting load or evidence of a customer’s results.
Compare like with like: keep equipment, variation, range of motion, and load convention consistent. The sheet records performance; it does not choose loads or prescribe progression.
Keep the next session connected
Flame can keep your workout history and show previous sets while you log. This web sheet is a separate tool; CSV import into Flame is not provided here.
Keep the record going
Your next set.
A history to build on.
Flame keeps previous lifts beside today’s sets and your completed sessions together. This web tool stays separate; your entries are not automatically transferred to the app.
