How volume is counted

Volume = weight × reps × sets, summed across rows. Three sets of 60 kg × 10 reps total 1,800 kg·reps. Compared with 1,440 kg·reps, the change is +360, or +25%. A percentage change from zero is undefined.

Use one row for identical sets; add a row when weight, reps or set type changes. Every active row must be complete. Each session supports up to 50 rows.

“Per dumbbell” doubles the load: two 20 kg dumbbells × 10 reps × 3 sets = 1,200 kg·reps. Enter reps per side when both sides complete equal reps. For unequal sides, choose Total weight and enter each side separately.

Warm-ups are excluded unless selected. Unit changes convert entered loads using 1 lb = 0.45359237 kg. Keep the exercise, equipment and counting rules consistent when comparing sessions. Bodyweight, assistance and effort are not modelled, and volume alone does not measure muscle growth or workout quality.
