Cable pulldown log

Keep the displayed load and unit beside completed reps, machine identity and attachment. If the stack uses an unlabeled level, preserve it as a setup note.

Record what the machine actually displays

Retain the unit shown on the stack. If it only shows numbered levels, record “level 7” in notes rather than entering 7 kg in a weight field. Confirm the equipment specification before converting it.

Give each machine a stable identity

Use a stable name such as “Gym A, cable station 2,” and note the attachment and any seat or pad settings you want to remember.

Treat a different machine as a new context. Equal displayed numbers do not establish equivalent loads across equipment.

Keep pulldown variations separate

Keep close-grip, straight-arm and one-arm pulldown records distinguishable. Save the movement and attachment instead of merging every entry under one label.

Start a separate worksheet

Download the Cable Pulldown CSV starter. Only the exercise name is prefilled. Add actual completed records, kg or lb when known, and your load convention in the exercise / variation field.

This separate worksheet is not a native Flame app import. Or use the workout log; check arithmetic with the volume calculator.
